A St. Kate's B2B sales major provides a solid academic foundation in business, including accounting, communications, business law, and statistical analysis.
The program was developed with extensive input from sales professionals and leaders at top Fortune 500 companies, including 3M and General Mills.
Most of our business-to-business sales majors participate in internships during their junior and senior years.
You’ll also have the opportunity to test your skills in sales competitions across the country, with expert coaching from professionals and guest speakers.
In addition, you may participate in the prestigious Mayo Innovation Scholars program that features interdisciplinary teams who create business and marketing plans for Mayo Clinic inventions.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the need for experienced sales managers is expected to grow faster than the average for other jobs in the next decade. The B2B sales program at St. Kate’s will prepare you to become a sales professional in a variety of settings, including:

A degree in business-to-business sales will also position you to pursue graduate studies in business administration or organizational leadership, among other fields.
